I love to travel in order to eat, drink, and experience new things. Since I traveled to Hawaii in 2015, I got introduced to Poke(Poh-Kay), and immediately fell in love with it. Poke bowl represents the taste of Hawaiian raw fish that is deeply rooted in Japanese cuisine. When I came back from Hawaii, I loved the idea of fresh, healthy, and flavorful meal that I would like to create and share my recipes and experiences with you. That is one of the reason Gotcha Poke Bowl & Bubble Tea is established. Another reason is me and my family love bubble tea since we were kids. We love to taste the various choices of toppings that we are able to choose from. From the different flavor of milk teas, milky ways, gotcha hybrids, fruit teas, and slushes, for me it is like going to the theme park and get on different rides to have a great time that I want to share those memories with and provide our best to you.
